Walkathon Sponsor Spotlight: Team Ali

Team Ali is named for Ali Fairhurst, a beloved daughter and a friend of BluePath’s founders and staff. Ali loved how service dogs help people, and future service dog Ali is named in her honor.

BluePath Ali is being raised by the Holtman family and will soon begin Formal Training, the next step in her journey to helping a child with autism. She has been the catalyst for a beautiful friendship between the Holtman and Fairhurst families, who will walk together at the October event.

The Fairhurst family has supported the Walkathon since its inception, this year increasing their Team Ali sponsorship to the Gold level.  We are infinitely grateful for their continued support.

It was our privilege to know Ali Fairhurst.  Her warm spirit connected her to others in a deep and meaningful way, and the way she lived serves as a reminder to love without reservation and to always be kind. Ali remains in our hearts forever, and we miss her every day.
