Please upload your video(s) using the form below and be sure to label each file as either “Indoor Video” or “Outdoor Video” when submitting. This helps our team review your materials efficiently and accurately.

Video Upload Guidelines

Maximum file size: 256MB

To ensure your training video uploads successfully, your file must be under 256MB.

Recommended file type: MP4
Helpful tip: Shorter videos and lower resolution will create smaller file sizes.

If your video is larger than 256MB, please use one of the options below before uploading.

Do this before filming to avoid large files in the first place.

iPhone / iPad

  1. Go to Settings → Camera → Record Video

  2. Select 1080p HD at 30 fps (best balance of quality and size)

    • For an even smaller file, choose 720p HD at 30 fps

  3. Record your video and upload

Android

  1. Open the Camera app

  2. Tap the Settings (gear icon)

  3. Choose Video size / Resolution

  4. Select 1080p (recommended) or 720p (smaller file)

  5. Record your video and upload

Removing a few seconds from the beginning or end can significantly reduce file size.

iPhone / iPad

  1. Open Photos

  2. Select your video

  3. Tap Edit

  4. Drag the ends to trim

  5. Tap Done → Save Video

Android

  1. Open Gallery or Google Photos

  2. Open your video

  3. Tap Edit / Trim

  4. Adjust the start and end points

  5. Tap Save copy

 

Use a free video compressor such as HandBrake on a computer:

  1. Download and open HandBrake

  2. Click Open Source and select your video

  3. Choose preset Fast 1080p30 (recommended)

    • For smaller size, choose Fast 720p30

  4. Set the format to MP4

  5. Click Start Encode

  6. Upload the newly saved (smaller) file

For best results and smaller file sizes:

  • Use 720p resolution

  • Keep the video as concise as possible

Try one of the following:

  • Trim a few more seconds from the beginning or end

  • Compress again using HandBrake at 720p

Please rename your file before uploading so we can properly identify it.

iPhone / iPad

  1. Open Photos

  2. Select your video

  3. Tap the Share icon

  4. Tap Save to Files

  5. Choose a folder (for example, “On My iPhone” → “Downloads”)

  6. Tap the file name at the top and rename it

  7. Tap Save

  8. Upload the renamed file

Android

  1. Open Files / My Files / File Manager

  2. Find your video

  3. Tap and hold the file name

  4. Select Rename

  5. Type the new name and tap OK

  6. Upload the renamed file

Desktop (Mac or PC)

  1. Locate your video file

  2. Right-click the file

  3. Select Rename

  4. Type the new name and press Enter

  5. Upload the renamed file
